Mary E. Peveler, 85, of Charlestown, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016 at her home.
She was born on April 7, 1931 to Raleigh and Dora (Rainey )McCarty in Orange Co., IN. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Hewlett Peveler; daughter, Judy Nein.
Survivors include her son Chris Peveler (Angie) of Charlestown, IN; brother, Charlie McCarty of FL; sisters, Catherine, Rosalee, and Erma; grandchildren, Matthew Nein,
Desiree Peveler (James), and Christopher Peveler II.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June1, 2016 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Vernon Cemetery in Jennings Co., IN. Visitation will begin after 10am on Wednesday.
