Mrs. Mattingly Chester, 81,passed away on Friday, October 17, 2008 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 29, 1927 in Winchester, KY to Milt and Cora Carpenter Stigall.
She is survived by her Granddaughters, Mandy Graston and Zenda Kuykendall of Charlestown, IN; Grandson, Carl Graston of Charlestown, IN; Brother Bill Stigall of Mt. Sterling, KY; Great Grandson Jadon Kuykendall of Charlestown, IN; Sisters Emma Kennedy and Lettie Staton of Mt. Sterling, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband Dave Chester and sons Sammy Graston and Edward Graston.
