Mary Elizabeth Gemme

Ms. "Libby" Gemme, 68, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2008 at her residence.
She was born on Feb. 22, 1940 in Kentucky the daughter of Lowell and Mamie Logsdon Thompson who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Gemme, Sr. She was a former employee of ICI Americas in Charlestown, a member of the North Charlestown Church of God in Charlestown, VFW Post 1427 and American Legion Post 35 Ladies Auxiliaries, and a former coach for the Charlestown Little League for many years.
She is survived by her daughters Karen Ross (Charles) of Charlestown and Dana Lovvorn (James) of Scottsburg, IN; son Ronald "Jamie" Gemme Jr. (Amy) of Clarksville; sister Wilma Taxes (Joe) of Los Angeles, CA; six grandchildren Michael Ross (Janna), of Charlestown, IN, Cameron and Colin Gemme of Clarksville, In, Julie Miller (Bronson) of Seymour, IN, and Kyle and Nick Lovvorn of Mississippi.
