Mary Gladys Coy, 88 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Thursday March 26, 2015 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN.
Gladys was born on April 15, 1926 in Louisville, KY to Ross and Mary Cecil Wimpsett. She was a loving mother and a member of the House of Refuge in Nabb, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Beadie Coy and daughter; Sherry Williams.
Survivors include her daughters; Carlitta Lyle and Sandy Emery both of Charlestown, sons; Tim Coy (Pam) of Charlestown and Rodger Coy (Trudy) of New Albany, IN, and Zachary Coy (Cara) of Scottsburg, IN, 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday April 2, 2015 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday and after 9 am on Thursday.
