Ms. Cissell, 67, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Friday, January 2, 2009 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 29, 1941 in Wayne County, Kentucky the daughter of William and Ruby Stinson Hancock who preceded her in death. She was a
cook at Jewish Hospital.
She is survived by her sons Mark Cissell, Charlestown, IN and Albert Cissell, Jeffersonville, IN; daughters Lisa Cissell and Karen Webb both of Clarksville, IN; sister Judy Howell, Louisville, KY; brothers Robert Hancock, Plymouth, FL and Jesse Hancock, Wayne County, KY.; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
