Mary Lea Amick, 83 of Charlestown passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2016 at River Crossing in Charlestown.
Mrs. Amick was born January 29, 1932 in Jeffersonville, IN the daughter of John and Velva Doyle Dean. She was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church and worked hard on the farm, raising her children and enjoyed time with her extended family.
Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Reiter and her husband Paul of Marysville, IN; son, Rick Amick and his wife Patty of New Washington, IN; sister Betty Bartley of Charlestown; grandchildren, Paul, Lindsey, Candy and Tracy; greatgrandchildren, Sarah, MaKayla, Jaylin and Dawson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Melvin Amick; sister, Nora Richey.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Barnes Cemetery in Nabb, IN. Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington is in charge of arrangements.
