Mr. High a native of Brooksville, KY and retired Transportation Supervisor for I.C.I. Americas died Saturday morning May 20, 2006 at his home. Survivors include his daughter Dollas Hellmueller of Louisville, KY; his brother, Marion High of Hurricaine, WV; one grandchild William F. Porter, III and one great grandchild William F. Porter, IV.
