Martin Andrew "Andy" Stoner, 54, of Otisco passed away on September 2, 2009 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany.
He was born February 4, 1955 in Madison, IN to William Franklin and Norma Louise Stoner, Sr.
Mr. Stoner worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation, was a member of the National Rifle Association, and attended the Nabb Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Johnson Stoner; parents; daughter, Tamara Stoner, Virginia; step-sons Michael Johnson, Otisco and James Johnson, Ft. Drum, NY; sister Nora Beth Stoner, New Washington; brothers Wade Stoner and Bill Stoner, New Washington, and six grandchildren.
