He was a native of Jeffersonville, IN, the son of Joseph and Anna Graf Schindler. Mr. Schindler was a retired Builder, a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, V.F.W. Post 1427, American Legion Post 35 and a U. S. Navy veteran.
