Martin Bard, Sr., 82 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Friday, June 26, 2015 at North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center in Radcliff, KY.
Martin was born December 2, 1932 in Louisville, KY the son of Roy and Mary Bard. He was a retired truck driver and a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Charlestown and an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his daughter, Tracy Popp of Charlestown; son, Martin Bard, Jr. of Costa Mesa, CA; grandchildren, Grant, Trent, Kolton, Karsen, Alex and Aaron. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Marie; brothers, Joe, Jimmy and Raymond.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Michaels Cemetery in Charlestown.
