Mark Edward Carter

Mark Edward Carter, 63, of Charlestown passed away on May 2, 2022 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.  He was born on May 3, 1958 in Louisville, KY to Percy Boyd and Betty Ann Couch Carter.  Mark was the co-owner of Davis-Coy Insurance in Charlestown, enjoyed computer gaming, riding his tractor mowing grass, playing golf, traveling, and helping people.

Mark Is survived by his wife, Monica Young Carter; children, John Michael Carter (Shyann) of Hickory, NC, Ryan Scott Wilkerson of Charlestown, Samuel Boyd Carter of Charlestown, and Gabriel Bruce Carter of Charlestown; sister, Pamela Quarterly of Bermuda; grandchildren, Benjamin Carter and Olivia Carter.

A celebration of life will be held on May 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at his residence, 2004 Brown Road in Charlestown, IN.
