Marissa Earlene (Bare) Bower

Marissa Earlene Bower, 61 of New Washington, IN passed away on Friday March 11, 2022, at Norton’s Women and Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on January 12, 1961, in Jeffersonville, IN to Wendy and Sue Ann Ratts Bare who preceded her in death.  Marissa was a former employee of New Washington State Bank and member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church in New Washington, IN.

Marissa is survived by her husband, Greg Bower, sons, Evan Bower and his wife Patience of Charlestown and William Bower of New Washington; sister, Vickie Grayson and her husband Jeff of Charlestown and grandson Grant Bower; niece, Emily Bower of Marysville, IN; nephews, Nicholas Grayson of Charlestown, Shawn Bower of Charlestown, Jeremy Bower of New Washington and Derek Bower of Florida.

Life Celebration Services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday March 15, 2022, at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday and after 9:00 am on Tuesday.
