Marilyn Joyce Smith, 74, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at her home.
She was born on November 14, 1937 to Everett and Lille Mae (Hazelwood) Thomas in Mt. Washington, KY.
Survivors include her husband, John Thomas Smith; son, Larry Smith of Indianapolis, IN; daughter, Diann Smith of Otisco, IN; granddaughter, Leslie Seymour; and grandson, Sean Smith of Otisco, IN.
Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will begin after 11am till time of the service at 1pm.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the American Cancer Society or Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
