Marilyn “Sue” Brown, 70 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at her home.
Sue was born December 2, 1943 in Little Rock, AR the daughter of Chelsea Noble and Addie Bell Wilhite Noble Hall. She was a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Property Manager, and Administered Federal Grants. Sue was a 1961 graduate of Charlestown High School and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Sellersburg, IN.
Survivors include her husband Thomas J. Brown of Charlestown; daughters, Debbie Wood(Jeff) of Charlestown and Leanne Sidebottom(Todd) of Sellersburg; son, Kirk Brown(Donette) of Charlestown; sisters, Jean Wittenburg(Ernest) of Charlestown, Michelle Westmoreland(Kenny) and Deanna Wheeler both of Louisville; brother, Bobby Noble of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Andrew Wood(Marissa), Morgan Wood, Emilee Wood, Joseph Brown, Jacob Brown, Caden Sidebottom, Camryn Sidebottom and Carsyn Sidebottom; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Peyton and Makenna; several nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her father, Chelsea Noble; mother, Addie Bell Hall; step-father, Ray Hall and sister Sharon Noble.
Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted by Father Tom Clegg at 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 7, 2014 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Sellersburg, IN with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
