Marie Atkins Collier Grammer, 95, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Scott Memorial Hospital.
She was born on February 3, 1922 to William and Lucille (Dean) Atkins in Salem, IN. She is preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Jessica Collier Jones; first husband, Herman H. Collier; second husband, Lester Grammer.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Martin (Robert) of Southaven, MS; son, Herman Collier of Scottsburg, IN; grandchildren, Dale Collier of Henryville, IN, Corey Collier (Jessica) of Charlestown, IN, Jay Collier (Jennifer) of Knoxville, TN, Jennifer Collier of New Albany, IN, Hannah Collier of Scottsburg, IN, and Brian Martin of Appleton, WI; 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 10am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday from 4pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Tuesday.
