Ms. McIntosh passed away Thursday February 7, 2008 at her home. She was a native of Irvin, Ky, a homemaker, a member of the American Legion and V.F.W. Ladies Auxilary in Charlestown. She was preceded in death by her parents James & Armilda McIntosh, son Joseph Mack Roberts, ex-husband Donald B. Burkhead, sister Molly Clemons, brothers Manuel & Monroe McIntosh, and a great niece Crystal Green. Survivors include her daughters; Debbie Geiger, Maria McCawley, and Christy Burkhead; sons; Donnie, Ronnie, and Lonnie Burkhead; sisters; Ida Nye, Nettie Hutchinson, Lorene Quire; brothers; Jay, Sidney, Finley, David, and Jim McIntosh. Visitation after 4pm with service at 6pm. Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown handling the arrangements.
