Margaret Mae (Board) Perkins

Margaret Mae Perkins, 81 of Nabb, IN died on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 30, 1931 to Sherman and Mildred Parr Board in Breckenridge County, KY.  She was a loving housewife to her husband of 62 years, Frank Perkins who preceded her in death.  She was a former Pharmacy Tech for the old Goodman Drugs in Charlestown, IN for 32 years and a member of the Cosby Methodist Church in Legrande, KY.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers Harold and David Board and a sister Ruth Janice Board and step-son Donald Perkins.
Her survivors include her son; Michael Perkins (Bonita) of Charlestown, IN, daughters; Brenda Wampler (Tom) of Nabb, IN, Linda Brooks (Gary) of Charlestown, IN and Leisa Burgin (Bob) of Marysville, IN and sister in laws; Myra Powell of Elizabethtown, KY and Patsy Perkins of McDaniels, KY and 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday July 7, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Barnes Cemetery in Nabb, IN.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Sunday.
