Margaret Johnson, age 103, of Lexington, IN formerly of Charlestown, IN passed away Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Scott Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Johnson was born August 12, 1909 in Charlestown, IN the daughter of Wilbur E. and Virgie S. Crum Mitchell. She was a Business Woman operating Motels and Restaurants a member of the Charlestown First United Methodist Church and D.A.R. Greentree Tavern Chapter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Howard Johnson; sisters, Esther Kesler and Grace Hill.
Survivors include her daughter, Connie Kenninger(Robert), Lexington, IN; grandchildren, Sheila Kenninger, Lisa Pitzer(Bob) and Tricia Kenninger and Barry and great-grandchildren, Shelby, Sydney, Aaron and Nicole.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Tuesday, October 30, 2011 the Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday after 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
