Mr. Neofes a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and a operating engineer for Local 181 died Friday at Jewish Hospital. He is survived by his wife the former Deborah Gordon, his son Macon Neofes of New Albany, his daughter Lisa Kieffner of Jasper, IN, brother John Neofes of Otisco and sister Penny Childress of Brooks, KY and his two grandchildren Travis and Austin Neofes.
