Mrs. Prewitt, 60, of Charlestown passed away on Friday, February 6, 2009 at Hampton Oaks Health Center in Scottsburg, IN.
She was born on Aug. 12, 1948 in Williamsburg, KY the daughter of Truitt and Pearl Mae Kidd Perkins. Mrs. Prewitt was a homemaker and a member of the Living Water House of Prayer in Charlestown, IN.
She is survived by her husband Robert, Charlestown, IN; sons Rodney Prewitt and Steve Prewitt both of Leitchfield, KY, Lee Prewitt, Indianapolis, IN and Dale Prewitt, Jeffersonville, IN; daughter Khristy Johnson (John), Charlestown, IN; brothers Robert, Gregory, and Richard Perkins, all of Williamsburg, KY; sisters Beverly Vest, Clarksville, IN, Shirley Bryant, Louisville, KY, Marlene Grasham and Margie Woodruff both of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren Dillion, Lauren, Robby, Emily, Logan, and Caitlyn.
