Lula Mae Fouse Moore, 92 passed away on Monday January 21, 2013 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born on April 30, 1920 in Nabb, IN to John W. and Mattie Clapp Evans and was a member of the Nabb Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her daughter; Lana Herndon of Charlestown, IN and her son; Larry Fouse (Paulette) of Charlestown, grandchildren; Mark Herndon (Cherie), Tim Herndon (Kendra), Sherry Cissell (Jeff) and Bryan Fouse, great grandchildren; Elizabeth, Melissa and Jessica Herndon, Tiffany Stine and Michelle Cissell.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday January 25, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Otisco Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and after 9 a.m. on Friday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Nabb Presbyterian Church.
