Louise A. “Lou” Tobias, 93 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Friday September 12, 2014 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, IN.
She was born on March 2, 1921 in Northern Indiana to Charles and Ina Allen. She was the co-owner with her husband of the old B. & T. Drug Store in Charlestown and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Charlestown. She was preceded in death by her husband Roscoe Tobias in 1992.
Survivors include her son Ronald Tobias (Darlene) of Greensburg, IN and daughter Marty Taylor (Stanley) of Borden, IN, grandchildren; Toby Lea Nakaguchi, Eric Scott Bline, Stanley Taylor, III and Shawn J. Taylor, and Jennifer Hryb, great grandchildren; Jordan and Kendall Nakaguchi, Madeline Bline, Kate, Paige Emmily, Cooper and Callie Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday September 17, 2014 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Scottsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 am Wednesday.
