LouAnna Ingram, 65, of Charlestown, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born on February 27, 1946 to Robert and Leva Fields in Jeff, KY.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her brothers, David Fields (Rosemary) of FL, and Gid Fields (Priscilla) of Otisco, IN; sisters, Nancy Boggs (Taft) of Partridge, KY, Mary Collins (Ted) of Isom, KY, and Kathleen Cornett (Jimmy) of Cumberland, KY and several neices and nephews and grand neices and grand nephews..
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Crace Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Friday.
