Lottie Faye Collins, 74 of Charlestown, IN died on Wednesday July 30, 2014 at Clark Rehab in Clarksville, IN.
She was born on December 21, 1939 in Hindman, KY to John W. and Margaret Combs Mullins.
Survivors include her husband; Wayne D. Collins of Charlestown, sons; Danny Collins (Brenda) of Charlestown, William Collins of Clarksville, IN and Steven Collins of Nabb, IN daughter; Rita Crick (Charlie) of Charlestown and 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday August 6, 2014 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison, IN. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
