Mr. Wooten was a retired Greenfield Police Officer, a member of the Hancock F.O.P. Lodge #101, and a member of the Greenfield Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife Jo Childress Wooten, 3 sons; William B, Frederick D, and Franklin D. Wooten, 2 Brothers, 2 Sisters, and 6 Grandchildren.
