Mr. Fisher was born November 8, 1923 in Oldhma County, Ky the son of Richard and Pearl Conn Fisher. and passed away Friday March 26, 2010 at Hampton Oaks in Scottsburg.
Mr. Fisher was a farmer working with Leon Skeens for many years.
He is survived by his friend Julie Morris.
