Lloyd Allen Evans, 70, of Charlestown died Thursday at VAMC in Louisville, KY.
He was born on September 13, 1942 in Clark County, IN to Worth and Mary O’Brien Evans. He was Navy veteran, a retired employee of Pepsico where he worked for 32 ½ years, and a member of the Mt. Lebanon Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife Beverly Brock Evans, son; Chris Evans of Charlestown, daughter; Jennifer Fox of Austin, IN, brother; Randall Evans of Charlestown, sisters; Patsy Alldaffer of Charlestown, Joyce Yochelson of Shadyside, MD and Donna Hamilton of Gaither, MS and grandchildren Nathan and Nolan Evans.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday October 8, 2012 at Mt. Lebanon Presbyterian Church and burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the church.
