Lisa Pennington, 50, of Otisco, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
She was born on August 25, 1961 in Louisville, KY to Deb and Helen Ferrell Raines.
Survivors include her fiancé, Kenneth Sizemore of Otisco, IN; Daughter, Nina Marie Pennington of Nashville, TN; sisters, Debbie Herchenrader of Fairdale, KY, Nina Logsdon of Fairdale, KY, and Etta Fint of Louisville, KY; grandchild, Kayden Pretty.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 10am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to take place in the Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3pm to 8pm and after 9am on Friday.
