Linda Sue (Osborne) Rausch

Linda Sue Rausch 68 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 2, 1956, in Sedalia, MO to John and Norma Lee Osborne.  She worked as an auditor for a large hotel chain and managed the continuing education program for several doctors.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and cooking holiday meals for her family.  She worked hard in her flower garden and listened to several ministers, including Charles Stanley, John Hagee, and Billy Graham.  She loved supporting Indiana University Women's basketball and watching her grandchildren playing sports. Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Betty Osborne.

Linda is survived by her husband, Louis Rausch, and son, Matthew Henning Sr., and his wife Dorah of Charlestown; brothers, Rick Osborne (Pam) of Muncie, IN, Johnny Osborne Jr. of Leitchfield, KY, Daniel Osborne of Louisville, KY; sister, Diane Bricker of Louisville; grandchildren Kaitlynn Johnson (Lane) of Charlestown and Matthew Henning, Jr. of Charlestown; step-children, James Rausch of Linton, IN and Merry Ann Alexander of Portland, OR., step-grandson Dylan Alexander of Lees Summitt, MO.

Life Celebration Services will be at 10:00 am on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday and after 9:00 am on Friday.
