Levi Wayne York, 33, of Otisco, IN, passed away on February 12, 2017.
He was born on July 13, 1983 to Alvin Wayne and Dimity Sue (Brading) York in Louisville, KY. He is preceded in death by his mother; grandfathers, Earl Brading, and Kenneth Brading; grandmother, Patricia.
Survivors include his father, Alvin W. York (Phyllis) of Otisco, IN; daughter, Rylee York of Charlestown, IN; sister, Amber Haulk (Billy) of Scottsburg, IN; grandparents, Patrick York (Liz) of Charlestown, IN, and Sharon Brading of Otisco, IN; step-sister, Cindy Buchanan of Charlestown, IN; step-brother, Joseph King of Clarksville, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 12pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 2pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Thursday.
