Leon C. Cox

Mr. Cox passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008 at Scottsburg Health Care.

He was born July 7, 1933 in Famouth, KY the son of William and Annie Pridemore Cox who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Cox and a sister, Ula Mae Hampton. Mr. Cox was retired form Brown & Williamson Co. in Louisville, a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Charlestown V.F.W. and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Survivor include his wife Louise Zollman Cox; sons, David Cox and his wife JoAnna, Nabb, IN and Nelson Cox and his wife Debbie, Jeffersonville; sisters, Ruby Wynn, Rome, Ga. And Dorothy Kallam, Louisville; three grandchildren and three greart-grandchildren.
