Leda Kathleen (Griffin) Smith

Leda Kathleen Smith 75, of Clarksville, IN passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on March 14, 1946, in Clark County, IN to Thomas and Mamie Johnson Griffin.  Leda was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Richard L. Collins.

Survivors include her husband, Vernon Lee Smith; son, Kevin L. Smith of Louisville, KY and 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 31, 2021, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington, IN.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday and after 10:00 am on Tuesday.
