Lawrence Quentin Balles, 75, of Underwood, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at his home.
He was born on January 19, 1939 to Frank and Isolene (Hostettler) Balles in Louisville, KY. He was a retired millwright from Ford Motor Company, and a member of the Underwood Baptist Church in which he was a Deacon.
Survivors include his nephews, Rodney Stone of Charlestown, IN, Paul Stone, Jr. of Otisco, IN, Rusty Holland of Charlestown, IN, David Stone of Sellersburg, IN, and Darren Butler of Charlestown; niece, Tonna Prince of Charlestown; special friends, Britni Lowery, Skyler Lowery, Kami Lowery, and Kinley Lowery all of Henryville, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Henryville, IN. Visitation will begin on Tuesday after 10am till the time of the service.
