Ms. Radcliffe was born on November 30, 1940 to Richard S and Laviciea Bohannan Drake in Muskegon, MI and died on Friday March 14, 2008 at Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville. She was a retired AT&T directory assistant operator. She is survived by her son; Carl (Heather) Burleson of Centreville, MD and her daughter; Susan L (Mark) Disbrow of Louisville, KY and grandchildren Brittany and Nicholas.
