Mr. Dodge passed away on Wednesday November 4, 2009 at Jewish Hospital.
He was born Aug. 31, 1933 in Floyd Knobs, Indiana the son of Laurel A. and Carrie Rankin Dodge Sr. Mr. Dodge was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Renee Robertson, step son Jimmy Tucker, granddaughter Sheila Cook and son Larry E. Dodge. He was a port engineer for the American Commercial Barge Lines, a member of the Borden Masonic Lodge and the VFW post 1429 and was in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife Irene Dodge of Charlestown, IN; son Laurel A. Dodge III of Salem, IN; sister Sharon Kidd of Shelbyville, KY; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
