Laura B. "Totty" (Huttsel) Baker

Laura B. “Totty” Baker, 84 of New Washington, IN passed away on Friday March 2, 2018 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on October 8, 1933 in Jeffersonville, IN to Alvin and Nellie Harbin Huttsel.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of New Washington and a member of the Owen Township Homemakers Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Baker; siblings, Marie Bowen, Lester Huttsel, Bonnie Harbin, Ray Huttsel and Betty Keeton.

Survivors include her son, Steve Mauk (Rita) of Charlestown, IN; daughters Bonnie Stewart (Donald) of Jeffersonville and Bobbi Baker of New Washington; brothers, Andrew Huttsel of Charlestown, Paul Huttsel of Bethlehem, IN; sister Loretta Wolf of Charlestown; grandchildren, Cory Mauk of Charlestown and Cary Mauk (Jamie) of Charlestown; great grandchildren Kelsea, Mason and Myles Mauk.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm on Monday and after 9 am on Tuesday.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Hibernia Christian Church at 5818 Blue Ridge Road Charlestown, IN 47111.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
