Lakashia Kay 'Kasey' Pool

LaKashia Kay ‘Kasey’ Pool, 43, of Charlestown, Indiana passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 4, 2022, in Charlestown.  She was born on March 16, 1979, to Edwin and Linda L. Pool.  Kasey was a 1997 graduate of Charlestown High School, where she excelled on the tennis team and the swim team.  She was a member of the National Honors Society and a member of the First Christian Church in Charlestown.

Kasey is survived by her mother, Linda; her brothers, Robert E. (Summer) Pool and Joe Reynolds (Stacey); sister, Kathy L. (Robert) Watson; along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Pool; her brother; and her fur babies, Charlie the cat and Buttons the dog.

Kasey’s family respectfully asks that expressions of love take the form of donations to Linda for expenses. They would also like to thank the neighbors for the kindness and care shown to Linda during this difficult time.

Cremation was chosen and there will not be any formal services held.
