She was born on March 27, 1970 to Bobby Fugate and Sherry (Devine) Chandler in Jeffersonville, IN. She works for Norton Hospital as a medical coder, and was a member of the Eastside Christian Church in Jeffersonville, IN.
Survivors include her daughter, Haley Fugate of Jeffersonville, IN; son, Zachary Walker of Jeffersonville, IN; mother, Sherry Chandler of Jeffersonville, IN; father, Bobby Joe Fugate of Jeffersonville, IN; sister, Jenn Casolari of New Albany, IN; brothers, Brian Fugate of Elizabeth, IN, and Todd Baker of Canby, OR; ex-husband, Greg Walker of Tampa, FL; granddaughter, Gianna Fitzpatrick of Jeffersonville, IN; special uncle and aunt, John & Cathy Fugate of Tazwell, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 10am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday from 5pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Saturday.
