Khisha was born on September 18, 1986 in Lithia Springs, Georgia the daughter of Robert Dillow and Bobbi Jo Reynolds Gurley. She had served in the United States Army.
Survivors include her spouse Katrina Ballard of Scottsburg; mother and step-father, Bobbi Jo Gurley(Tony) of Herrin, IL; father, Robert Dillow of Hibernia, IN; sister, Brittany Nicholson of Benton, IL; brother, Kyle Dillow of Plumfield, IL; step-children, Kristin Grider of Scottsburg, IN and Dominick Eschman of Charlestown.
Cremation was chosen and memorial services will be held at a later date.
