Kelsey Marie (Slaughter) Emely

Kelsey Marie Slaughter Emely 31 of Otisco, IN passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024, in Louisville, KY.

She was born on November 21, 1993, in New Albany, IN, to Donald Lee Slaughter and Susan Briscoe. Kelsey worked in a factory and enjoyed drawing, painting, and tattoos.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Emely, children Connor Nichols of Deputy, IN, and Landon Slaughter of Bethlehem, IN; mother Susan Myers (John Cole) of Otisco; father Lee Slaughter (Kim) of Bethlehem; brother Trevor Slaughter of Otisco; grandparents Mark and Martha Briscoe of New Albany, IN, and Jeannie Slaughter of Otisco; and her dogs, Zeek and Zyia.

Life Celebration Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
