Karen Lee Lewis, 55 of Madison, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Kentuckiana Medical Center.
Karen was born on January 7, 1961 in Madison, IN to Everett B. and Juanita McCreary Lewis. She was a Home health care giver.
Survivors include her mother, Juanita Lewis of Madison, IN; brother, Steve Lewis of Richmond, KY; sister, Judy Ratcliff of Bedford, IN; niece, Elizabeth Jackson; nephews, Eric and John Lewis, 4 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, and nephew Kenny Jackson.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 1pm at Grayson Funeral Home – Hanover. Visitation will begin on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 10:00am. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
