Karen Lynn (Tewell) Kern

Karen Lynn Kern, 54 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Thursday February 1, 2018 at her home.

She was born on August 15, 1963 in Louisville, KY to Tommy and Mary Alvey Tewell.  She had worked in numerous printing shops over the years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Kern, Jr; father, Tommy Tewell and brother, Ricky Tewell.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Tessa Marie Day of Charlestown; mother, Mary Tewell of Charlestown and sister, Beverly Cebe of Louisville, KY.

No services or visitation are scheduled at this time but, the family will hold a service in the near future.  Burial is in the Charlestown Cemetery.
