Karen Patricia (Slavin) Fletcher

Karen Patricia Fletcher 64 of Lanesville, IN passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Norton Women’s and Children Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on March 25, 1959, in Riverhead, NY to Edward and Maria Bruns Slavin who preceded her in death. Karen was a retired registered nurse.

Karen is survived by her husband, Powell Fletcher, daughter, Nicole Walden and her husband Scott of Lanesville, IN, sisters, Laurel Fontana of Medford, NY and Christine Mix of Port Ritchie, Fl, grandchildren, Caitlyn Walden, Skye Walden, Delanie Walden and Lucas Walden.

Cremation was chosen and Life Celebration Services will be held at a later date.
