Ms. Haycox was born to Charles & Julia (Wheeler) McIntire on March 26, 1928 in Clark Co., Indiana and died on Sunday March 9, 2008 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a fromer admitting clerk for Clark Memorial Hospital and a member of the New Washington Christian Church. She is survived by her daughters; Jackie Haycox of New Washington and Pamela Otlowski of Sterling Heights, MI and two grandchildren Bobby and Charles Otlowski of Sterling Heights, MI.
