Julia Ann Owens, 56, of Louisville, KY passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at her home. She was born on April 5, 1954 to Othal Junior and Clara Hertha Taegtmeyer Owens in Indianapolis, IN. Survivors include her mother Clara Owens of Bakersfield, CA and her brother Daniel Owens of Barkersfield, CA. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 1pm at the Charlestown Cemetery.
