Judy Ann Martin, 59 died Monday December 31, 2012 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY
She was born on Dec. 20, 1953 in Harrison Co., Indiana to Earl and Opal Shewmaker Hendricks and was a former LPN at Hanover Nursing Center in Hanover, IN. She was also a member of the Jeffersonville Eastern Star.
Survivors include her son; Stanley Martin of New Washington, IN, daughter; Terri Fletcher of Nashville, TN, brothers; Lester W. Hendricks of New Middletown, KY, Richard J. Hendricks of Milltown, IN and Jerry L. Hendricks of Corydon, IN, sisters; Opal Wells of Springfield, FL, Donna Hendricks and Sharon R. Hendricks both of Corydon, IN and 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday January 5, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home New Washington. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. on Saturday.
