Joyce S (Lawrence) Norris

Joyce S. Norris, 66, of Nabb, IN, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

She was born on January 4, 1955 in Clark County, IN to James and Elberta Clapp Lawrence.

Joyce was a retired secretary for the United States Census Bureau in Jeffersonville, a member of the First Baptist Church in Henryville, IN and loved traveling especially through the Blue Ridge Mountains in and around Asheville, NC and giant redwoods in California.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Larry Lawrence. Joyce is survived by her husband, Henry Norris;  son, Nathan Bourland and his wife Kadi of Charlestown, IN;  granddaughters, River Kate Bourland and Marli Dillon Bourland.

Life Celebration Services will be at 2 PM on Friday, March 12, 2021 at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 2:00 pm on Friday.
