Joyce Elaine Blair, 67 of Otisco, IN passed away on Tuesday June 27, 2017 at the J.F.K. Assisted Living in Clarksville, IN.
She was born on August 29, 1949 in Jeffersonville, IN to Everett J. and Mary Lee Martin Chandler. She was a loving wife and mother and babysitter and was a member of the Charlestown Independent Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Jeffery and Damon Blair; brother, Ralph Chandler.
She is survived by her husband Charles Gregory Blair; son, Lee Blair of Otisco; daughter, Sulayne Kaelin (Tony) of Charlestown, IN; sisters, Carol Tipton of Charlestown and Laurel Thompson of Jeffersonville, IN; grandchildren Rhett, Micah and Blair.
No services will be held and Grayson Funeral Home is in Charge of arrangements.
