Ms. Fletcher was born June 15, 1927 to Clarence E. and Bessie A. Scott Ray in Louisville, KY and was a former volunteer coordinator for Life Spring and a member of the Community Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her children, David R. Fletcher of Washington, IN and Rebecca Thurman of Louisville, KY and seven grandchildren. Expressions of sympathy should go to the Clark County Humane Society or the Center for Women and Children in Louisville, KY.
