Mr. Lewis passed away on Monday Sept. 28, 2009 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 22, 1945 in Clark County, IN to Arthur and Marie Emry Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a farmer and attended Hibernia Christian Church.
Survivors include a brother Davide Lewis of Charlestown, IN; sisters Deanna Brown, Sue Lewis, and Delores Schnell all of Charlestown, IN and Emmilia Gamez of Clarksville, IN; nieces and nephews.
